Bio
Tina Howe's adaptation of East of the Sun and West of the Moon for the CTC mainstage is her first work for young audiences. A widely acclaimed contemporary talent, Ms. Howe was honored with a Tony nomination for Best Play in 1987 for her original work, Coastal Disturbances. Ms. Howe is a recipient of grants from the Rockefeller Foundation and the National Endowment for the Arts, and is an adjunct professor in playwriting at New York University.
